OVERVIEW: The CSM1200 is a continuous motion sachet packaging machine specifically engineered for high-capacity dry filling processes, addressing the demands of mass production. It is optimized for packaging free-flowing and non-free flowing dry products into sachets, offering superior performance for high-output requirements. The machine is designed to maintain a fixed width, which eliminates additional downtime for extra adjustments during operation. PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATIONS: The CSM1200 achieves an output capacity of up to 80 dry cycles per minute, enabled by its advanced motion control technology. It features a reel holder capable of supporting up to 12 lines, each at a 50mm width. All machine motions are fully synchronized with operating speed to ensure consistent performance. DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION: The mechanical design of the CSM1200 incorporates reduced sharp edges and corners for enhanced operator safety and to minimize contamination risks. Machine parts are anodized, coated, or galvanized for durability and hygiene. The machine's standard color scheme is blue (RAL 9016) and white (RAL 5002) unless constructed with a full SS304 frame. Best-in-class protection is provided for heating cable connections. DRIVE AND MOTION SYSTEM: The machine features fully servo driven motions, allowing for highly sensitive adjustments to produce perfectly formed sachets. A servo motor controls the horizontal cutting and sealing stations. The cutting knife station operates with a circular motion, guided by a linear guide and powered by a servo motor. High-end motion control systems are integrated to ensure superior motion rigidity and precision. Servo actuators are utilized for critical movements. SEALING AND CUTTING SYSTEM: Vertical sealing is performed by servo driven round sealers that simultaneously pull the film and seal the vertical edges of the sachets. Round slitting blades, each with individual self-pressure mechanisms, slit the film vertically after the vertical sealing process. Horizontal sealing of the sachet's top and bottom edges is executed by servo driven horizontal sealers. The cutting station employs a scissor-type design, simplifying adjustments without requiring specialized expertise. Horizontal cutters are available in serrated, straight, or perforated configurations. The horizontal knife design is unique and offers extended operational life. To prevent film burning, vertical sealers automatically retract when the machine is stopped. This design ensures clean and straight horizontal and vertical cuts without tearing, and allows for easy knife changeover. CONTROL SYSTEM AND HMI: The CSM1200 is equipped with a user-friendly Touch Panel design. Sachet length can be precisely controlled by a mark sensor or adjusted directly via the Touch Panel. The system includes manual output test and motor jogging functions for maintenance and setup. Recipe settings can be saved for quick recall. Air pressure is continuously trackable with trend data displayed on the Touch Panel. PID technology is utilized in the temperature controllers for accurate heat management. The machine features an alarm system that notifies the operator of alarm conditions and when a preset number of packages has been reached. Mark sensor adjustments are easily accessible. SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE: The electrical system of the machine complies with European safety standards (CE). Safety certified cabinet switches and control devices are integrated throughout the system.
